Property tax is charged at the rate of 15% of the Annual rental value of the property.

Rebate in payment of Property Tax

• 5 % Rebate is allowed on payment of full amount of property tax for the current year on or before 30th september
• 10 % Rebate is allowed on payment of full amount of property tax for the current year on or before 30th June

Exemption from property tax

• 100% exemption is allowed to government retired employees and their spouses.(100% exemption form is attached)
• 60% exemption is allowed to serving government employees and their spouses.(60% exemption form is attached)

Minimum time required for processing the case     =     03 Days. 

Note: Without depositing outstanding dues of Property Tax, Water Charges, Lease Rent etc, no application / notice will be entertained by this office.
