Procedure for Mutation of Leased Properties.
- The applicant should submit prescribed notice U/S 73 (i) of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (available in this office) alongwith attested copies of following documents.
- CNIC
- Sale Deed, Gift Deed, Fard, Lease Deed, Heirship Certificate, Court orders or any other titled document
- After necessary scrutiny of titled documents, payment of dues and publication of advertisement in daily newspapers, the case will be placed before the Board for approval.
- After approval of Board, mutation letter will be issued to applicant.
Minimum time required for processing the case = 07 Working days after approval of the Board.
Procedure for NOC for sale / purchase transaction of properties.
- The applicant should submit application alongwith attested copies of following documents.
- CNIC (Seller and Purchaser)
- Affidavit from seller
- Site Plan
- Previous NOC (if any)
- Sale Deed, Gift Deed, Fard, Lease Deed, Heirship Certificate, Court orders or any other titled document
- After necessary scrutiny of titled documents and payment of dues, NOC issued to the applicant / owner.
Minimum time required for processing the case = 04 Working days
