Procedure for Mutation of Leased Properties.

  1. The applicant should submit prescribed notice U/S 73 (i) of the Cantonments Act, 1924 (available in this office) alongwith attested copies of following documents.
    • CNIC
    • Sale Deed, Gift Deed, Fard, Lease Deed, Heirship Certificate, Court orders or any other titled document
  2. After necessary scrutiny of titled documents, payment of dues and publication of advertisement in daily newspapers, the case will be placed before the Board for approval.
  3. After approval of Board, mutation letter will be issued to applicant.

Minimum time required for processing the case     =     07 Working days after approval of the Board. 

Procedure for NOC for sale / purchase transaction of properties.

  1. The applicant should submit application alongwith attested copies of following documents.
    • CNIC (Seller and Purchaser)
    • Affidavit from seller
    • Site Plan
    • Previous NOC (if any)
    • Sale Deed, Gift Deed, Fard, Lease Deed, Heirship Certificate, Court orders or any other titled document
  2. After necessary scrutiny of titled documents and payment of dues, NOC issued to the applicant / owner.

Minimum time required for processing the case          =     04 Working days

Note: Without depositing outstanding dues of Property Tax, Water Charges, Lease Rent etc, no application / notice will be entertainable by this office.

Procedure for Building Plan approval.

  1. The owner/ lesse should apply on prescribed Schedule-V Form duly completed filled and pasted the site plan in it alongwith attested copies of following documents:-
    • CNIC
    • Sale Deed, Gift Deed, Fard, Heirship Certificate, Court order or other titled documents
  2. 5x copies of Building Plan (1x Cloth sheet, 4x Amunia Print) are required to be submitted.
  3. After necessary scrutiny of titled documents, site inspection report and payment of dues, the case will be placed before the Board after approval of Building Plan Committee.
  4. After approval of Board, the case will be referred to competent authority (MEO Multan Circle incase of DOHS Property) for grant of necessary sanction.
  5. After approval of the Board / Competent Authority, approval letter alongwith building plan issued to the applicant.

Minimum time required for processing the case        =     07 Working days after approval of the Board.  

Procedure For Monitoring and Control of Construction Activities

  • Building checkers are responsible to maintain daily progress register in which they submit daily progress on construction activities within the areas of their responsibilities.
  • Building Checkers are responsible to inspect the buildings at the DPC level and take pictures of site and added into the site inspection / daily progress register to ensure the construction as per approved building plan.
